Madison Design Group is a truly collaborative culture where we begin every project with a sketching session to spark creativity, encourage innovative thinking and use our combined energy to bring the best solutions to life. Our team of fun, open, approachable individuals shares a passion for great design—and that is reflected in the work we do.

We are fortunate to be able to employ co-op students several times each year. Our size and collaborative atmosphere mean that co-op students are treated as respected members of the team, and we value the energy and enthusiasm they contribute to our workplace

We nurture an engaging, stimulating atmosphere through our approachable work style, along with a wide variety of social activities, like our Potluck Lunches (where we share your favorite foods) and Pandora Fridays (where we subject each other to our musical passions). 

At the end of the day, we’re a bunch of design geeks that are happy spending time sketching with pencil and paper.
