New Client Introduction Welcome Kit

OBJECTIVE

To enhance the Cintas new customer onboarding experience by developing a system to house multiple catalogs and other print collateral materials and align them to the Cintas’ Hospitality Uniform brand, creating a “wow” effect for the customer and supporting the buying decision.

SOLUTION

Madison Design Group created a comprehensive yet flexible kit, allowing the Cintas salesperson to customize the kit for each new customer while ensuring that standard information was always included. By systematically organizing the content into categories, Cintas was able to control the hierarchy of the message and content delivery sequence. MDG also developed the message theme of “Easy Reference” by placing all information into a housing unit.

RESULTS

The Cintas Hospitality Welcome Kits are widely used by Cintas sales professionals across the United States. The kits’ flexibility and ease of use have been cited by Cintas when developing additional internal and external communication using MDG.
