OBJECTIVE

Promote the appropriate and creative use of P&G brand tools by global associates and design professionals. Create a bi-monthly e-newsletter that features new and under-utilized tools and downloads available on the P&G Brand Assets site, encouraging their use and highlighting best practices.

SOLUTION

Madison Design Group developed an electronic template for bi-monthly communication of global branding standards, used as an education tool for stakeholders around the world. Each month, newsletter content is determined by site metrix and managed by MDG. The newsletter links to the brand assets site that houses all brand information, brand education, image files, graphic files and templates.

RESULTS

The e-newsletter has been used by global colleagues and suppliers, saving time, improving compliance and promoting best practices in using the P&G brand. For example, the first newsletter prompted more than 1,300 downloads in a single day, promoting brand compliance.
